By accessing the site users undertake to accept and agree to comply with all the conditions herein. SORBAIANO SOCIETA’ AGRICOLA SRL reserves the right to ask users who do not accept or do not intend to comply with these terms, to refrain from using the website. Access to the site and its services is intended solely for personal use. The www.fattoriasorbaiano.it site is owned by SORBAIANO SOCIETA’ AGRICOLA SRL which may change without prior notice the contents of the website, including its terms of trade, at any time. SORBAIANO SOCIETA’ AGRICOLA SRL declines any liability in the event that a particular configuration or malfunction of the PC used by the purchaser shows colours of products displayed by the site as slightly different to the original.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

The sale of the products shown in the virtual catalogues shown on the website (hereinafter “products”) is governed by these Terms and Conditions formulated in accordance with legislation applied to contracts concluded off-premises and in particular by the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/6.9.2005 (Consumer Code). The contract of sale may be defined in the following languages: Italian and English.

CONTRACTING PARTIES

The contract of sale shall be deemed to be made between:

• Customer: the person (natural or legal) placing and order through the site and subsequently accepted by SORBAIANO SOCIETA’ AGRICOLA SRL

The application of any other contractual conditions are excluded, even where not expressly disclaimed by SORBAIANO SOCIETA’ AGRICOLA SRL

APPLICATION OF GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Before making the purchase, the customer is asked to read these Terms and Conditions and is authorized to store, reproduce, download and/or print a copy. For any further information, the customer is asked to contact SORBAIANO SOCIETA’ AGRICOLA SRL at: info@sorbaiano.it With the completion of defined formalities for the purchase order, the Customer declares they have knowledge of said formalities and accept the Terms and Conditions. The general conditions of sale may be modified over time by SORBAIANO SOCIETA’ AGRICOLA SRL and any changes will become applicable when published on the site. For each contract, the conditions applicable are those in force at the time of purchase.

PRICES AND CURRENCY

The price of the products is indicated by the price list published on the site and in force at the time of the order being placed by the customer. Product prices posted on the site are expressed in euros. For countries in the EU, prices include standard wrapping and/or packaging and VAT, whose rate is defined in relation to the type of product. For countries outside the EU, prices do not include VAT, which will be applied subsequently, pursuant to Article 8, paragraph 1, letter a) President of the Republic’s Decree 633/72. For orders made in countries outside of the EU, but shipped to EU countries, the prices charged are inclusive of VAT in accordance with existing legislation. Prices do not include shipping and delivery. All aforementioned costs (delivery wrapping and/or packaging) not included in the price of products posted on the site, will be stated separately in the order summary and confirmed in the acceptance email sent to the customer by SORBAIANO SOCIETA’ AGRICOLA SRL.

 
The customer will be required to pay all taxes, duties and fees applicable in the country of delivery of products ordered. All and any charges or costs related to customs clearance of the products delivered will remain the exclusive responsibility of the addressee of the delivery. Please note: the customer is required to pay taxes and customs charges in the case of promotions offered with free shipping (shipping costs and customs fees are two different costs: the latter does not depend on the courier used but on duty applied in the country of delivery). Orders are invoiced in euros and reflect the prices published on our site. The amount charged to your credit card or PayPal account may vary as it is based on currency fluctuations and bank fees. We recommend customers contact their bank to receive detailed information on exchange rates and bank fees related to the transaction.
